Running Update

Tonight i was running my first seven mile run this year (also part of Hal's training program). The run was great, it was late in the evening but I felt safe the whole way. The best part was after I finished because the song that came on my iPod was the MoTab, singing All Creatures of Our God and King. I thought how perfect a way to end, thanking my Heavenly Father for all my many blessings and singing Halleujah. So I just sang with the choir all the while staring up into the beautiful stary sky.
