5K is now a 10K

So I have convinced myself (after discussing it with several people) that I am going to do the Toughest 10K with my friend Staci. Well ok we will both be running it but obviously me slower than her. Their website is http://www.toughest10k.com/ it is in Soldier Hollow (which is in the Heber Valley). I am up to 4 miles now and next week I will push it up to 5. Whew this is addicting. I can't believe I am considering this. Ahhhhh!!!!
